Please allow 7-14 days after placing your order for your order to be processed as most orders are made to order.

 

Please ensure that all info regarding shipping is correct. We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once items have shipped to the address provided.

 

If for any reason a package makes it to you damaged MXL Luxe Interiors will do whatever necessary to resolve the issue with the shipping company. Please be mindful that we will make sure all purchases are in great condition before it is mailed to you.

 

If for any reason your package states “Delivered”and you don’t have the package, please contact the U.S. postal service directly as MXL Luxe Interiors will not be held responsible.

 

Keep in mind if you order on a Weekend, your order will start being processed on a Monday. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information included.
